Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to purchases of Bravio and related adult food-supplement SKUs from Qualtrexphelil through the sales channels described on the site. It does not limit statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer.

Geographic scope

Fulfilment and first-line support are organised from Western Australia. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with mandatory consumer rules, those laws may give you return or refund rights that replace or add to the summary below.

Cooling-off and return window

Depending on your location, you may have a statutory cooling-off period for distance contracts. Where the law does not provide otherwise, you may request a return of unopened goods within fourteen days of delivery, provided seals are intact and the batch is still within the shelf life printed on the label.

Condition of goods

For health and safety reasons, opened food supplement packs may not be eligible for refund unless they are defective or the law requires otherwise. Please photograph any damaged outer packaging and contact us promptly.

How to start a return

  1. Send a message using the identifiers listed in the Privacy Policy with your order reference.
  2. Wait for written instructions, including the return address in Victoria Park WA or another facility we nominate.
  3. Ship the goods with tracking. Risk during return transit may remain with you unless we agree otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing may take several banking days after we receive and inspect the goods.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you may need to pay return postage. We will state this clearly in the return confirmation message.
